Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened consumables, such as e-liquids or vape cartridges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and attachments (such as photos) for swift resolution.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
